Solution 1: Check Network Connectivity
- On all workstations turn off the hosting
- From your workstation take your server name
- Fill in the name of your server and then hit on Enter on your keyboard.

Solution 2: Access the QuickBooks connection diagnostic tool
- The first thing to do is to download and install the QuickBooks connection diagnostic tool

Solution 7: Remove and recreate the .ND file
- In the Windows search, type *.ND and then click on Enter key.
- Now in the result Windows, right-click on .ND file and then hit the Delete button
- When prompted confirm the deletion
- Once the delete procedure is done, click on the Windows Start button
- Now select All Programs > QuickBooks > QuickBooks Database Server Manager
- Click on the Scan Folder tab
- Now click on Add Folder button and then search for the company file folder
- After this choose the company file and click on the OK button. The path to the company file is in the Folders with QuickBooks company files filed.
