Solution 1: Check Network Connectivity
- On all workstations turn off the hosting
- From your workstation take your server name
- Fill in the name of your server and then hit on Enter on your keyboard.

Solution 2: Server to be added to the Windows Host File
- First go to the Windows Host file on your computer where the error is
- (C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc\) in the notepad

- Select the Save option from the File menu and click on Exit button.

- In the Windows search, type *.ND and then click on Enter key.
- Now in the result Windows, right-click on .ND file and then hit the Delete button
- When prompted confirm the deletion
- Once the delete procedure is done, click on the Windows Start button
- Now select All Programs > QuickBooks > QuickBooks Database Server Manager
- Click on the Scan Folder tab
- Now click on Add Folder button and then search for the company file folder
