Step 1: On the windows system

  • The user is recommended to update QuickBooks for desktop for windows to the latest version.
  • And then open the files as the admin
  • Now, navigate to the file menu and then opt for utilities tab. Also, choose copy company file for QuickBooks mac, after that follow the onscreen instructions. QuickBooks will create a MAC.qbb file.
